Lucid Printz ships orders using USPS or UPS, with most orders delivered via standard ground shipping.

UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
Shipping estimates begin once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier. Production and shipping times are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Many of our products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product, order size, artwork requirements, and current workload.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location, unless a promotion or product-specific offer applies. Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships.
Lucid Printz is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or encounters a delivery issue, please contact us so we can help investigate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items.
Because many Lucid Printz products are custom printed, personalized, or produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Changes of mind or personal preferences
- Customer-submitted spelling, artwork, or design errors
- Issues already present in customer-approved artwork or proofs
- Normal variations in garment color, print placement, or appearance within reasonable production tolerances
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Lucid Printz, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Email orders@lucidprintz.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, reprint, or refund.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If a return is required due to our error, Lucid Printz will cover the return shipping cost.
